JOSEPH
BENES graduated from Texas A&M University in 1965
Prior to establishing his business, he gained experience
in real estate sales, commercial and residential
construction, mortgage and construction lending and all
types of appraising. |
Mr. Benes holds the SRA
Designation from the Appraisal Institute, is a Realtor
Member of the Fort Bend Association of Realtors, and a
member of the Employee Relocation Council. He is Certified
General Appraiser in the State of Texas. In addition to
hundreds of hours required and voluntary education, Mr.
Benes has taught Real Estate Appraisal at Wharton Junior
College and Home Construction for the American Savings
& Loan Institute. |
